This minimalist modern luggage store design incorporates product display as an intentional component of the overall design. The use of an elevated black platform gets the products off of the floor and adds visual interest through layering with handbags, eliminating the look of clutter. Overall, the minimalist modern design of the suitcase store conveys a sense of sophistication but also creates a friendly atmosphere for shoppers. The bold design features offer an updated look and the use of a wide-open floor plan with straight-forward product displays allows for easy access to products when browsing for your next travel necessity.
Interior Design
Color scheme used in this luggage store design is primarily white with black accents. The use of neutral colors enhances visual clarity by allowing luggage to be the central focus in the space. The exposed ceiling has adjustable track lighting to provide a more industrial feel and relate to the practical modernity associated with luggage. Vertical partitions and display cabinets in black and white create functional zones within the luggage store design but at the same time allow for an open and airy appearance throughout. Branding is featured only on digital screens or small wall graphics, allowing users to concentrate on the quality of the luggage rather than the branding.
Display Cabinet & Stand
Most types of luggage can be stored within or on suitcase display cabinet units. The depth of each cabinet can be adjusted based on the luggage size. We use reinforced plywood or MDF as the shelf material to provide added strength to our heavy-load shelving units. Shelves can be adjusted to accommodate product height and width by the store staff. We also offer low-profile display stand units that are made from black or white laminate and designed specifically to display new arrivals or higher priced luggage in the store entry way. These custom display stand units are made in the same matte black /white laminate as all other suitcase display cabinets to maintain visual consistency throughout each luggage store location.
Custom Display Fixtures
Luggage have a ranges of size, and therefore the display fixtures will have to include adjustable shelving and tiered foundations with racks. Each finish is customized according to respective brand colors. Suitcase sales rely heavily on how tactile or visually appealing a suitcase is, so custom display fixtures are capable of incorporating lighting to showcase the leather or hard-shell finishes on the suitcase. Custom display fixtures for all vertical units can maximize storage and display of a variety of suitcases in a very small amount of available square footage. Modular display fixtures used for islands will provide a focus on new collections within larger stores, while the use of back wall display shelf enables the incorporation of a display area with hidden pullout inventory shelves.
