Space Design
Our overall circulation plan is essentially a continual cycle of movement. Entrance reception to transitional rest to practice area to retail to departure from facility. The retail area is located adjacent to either the rest or exit areas of the building. Also, each area serves a unique function and has specific requirements. And, the practice area is 1.5 square meters of usable space per client, with low lighting for relaxation. The rest & healing area has a calm atmosphere, comfortable seating, and a tea station. The retail area provides a convergence of open/partially enclosed spaces and enhances the overall use of the building.
Furniture Selection
The furniture design from Benson Display focuses on creating designs that adhere to the fundamental principles of security, safety and comfort. And the area for practicing yoga will have tiered, adjustable, moisture-resistant, and wear-resistant racks for storing yoga mats. As well as open storage shelves for extra items and comfortable benches where you can relax after your workout. For the reception area and rest area, some modular sofas and chairs can be arranged in various configurations and tables made from easy to clean materials. The front desk for the reception area can be customized with logos using various combinations of materials and finishes.
Retail Displays
Our goal is to create a retail display solution that matches the yoga studio’s unique style. The retail zone will be located next to the retreat area and/or near the exit for easy customer access. And the retail displays will be designed using a zoned or categorized approach. And the clothing zone includes hanging rods for displaying clothing, stacking tables for folding clothing, and fitting rooms for easy try-on of clothing. Also, our clothing racks are simple yet adjustable; our shelving is tiered and molded with a non-skid surface; our small product shelves offer storage capability as well.
