When the uniform retail spaces of all stores gradually make consumers feel tired of the same look, a trendy store centered around socks is using bold colors and interesting installations. Redefine the experience boundaries of small commodity retail. This is precisely the terminal store that Benson Display has created for emerging sock brands. With pink cabinet walls and yellow display stands as visual anchor points. The 30-square-meter space is transformed into a product display area. It has also become a must-visit attraction for young customers.
Design concept
Entering this store, the first thing that catches the eye is not the goods on the shelves, but the pink modular cabinet walls and the foot-shaped devices on the blue walls. Dozens of soft-colored three-dimensional foot molds are placed on the wall, which not only directly echo the product attributes of the socks but also use creativity to dissolve the rigidity of the retail space.
As the core display carrier of the space, the pink sock wall cabinet adopts a modular design. The 60×60cm grid units not only fit the display size of socks but also can be combined and changed to adapt to different store areas. The built-in lights in the cabinet clearly present the patterns and colors of each pair of socks clearly presented.
The yellow metal grid display stand on the other side breaks the stiffness of traditional shelves with its arched outline. The grid structure not only ensures the transparency of the display but also enables flexible hanging and placement of sock products in different packages.
Color matching
The color scheme of this store is a dual embodiment of the brand’s tone and consumer psychology.
Main colors: Pink + yellow: The inherent softness of pink is in line with the daily necessity attribute of socks. The vitality of yellow precisely hits the aesthetic preferences of the young customer group. The collision of two highly saturated colors. It not only forms a strong visual memory point but also makes the product positioning of trendy socks more concrete.
Auxiliary colors: Blue + white: The combination of blue walls and white floor tiles balances the intense effects of pink and yellow. It avoids the visual oppression of space. The colorful foot molds on the wall serve as color accents, echoing the rich patterns of the sock products. Let the color logic of the entire space always revolve around the products.

Furniture
The pain point of small commodity retail lies in how to make the small and numerous products both orderly and memorable. In this store, Benson Display’s furniture design precisely addresses this issue:
Pink wall cabinet: It adopts a display logic of layering and compartmentalization. Classify different categories such as long socks, short socks and boat socks by region. Consumers can quickly identify their needs. The open design of the cabinet surface is combined with the hidden storage compartments at the bottom. It takes into account the dual demands of display and inventory replenishment.
Yellow display stand: The closed storage unit at the bottom can store packaged products. The upper grid area is used to display the new products of the current season. This structure of front display and rear storage not only enhances the space utilization rate but also keeps the store visually neat all the time.
Auxiliary device: The three-dimensional foot mold on the wall is not merely for decoration. The form of its wearing display enables consumers to directly see the wearing effect of the socks. It is equivalent to adding a try-on experience area within a limited space. The colorful plush cushions in the corner provide a temporary rest area for consumers visiting the store, prolonging their stay.
