Cigar Showcase
At the center of the space is a cigar showcase, it creates a strong focal point and divides the smoke shop from adjacent areas. Additionally, the display cases are not stand-alone units, they are integrated with the lounge’s designer wall panels and blend unobtrusively into the surrounding decor. Because of this seamless integration, both the cigars and the wines contribute to the overall aesthetic of the lounge rather than simply serving as afterthoughts to complement its functional elements. All of the display enclosures are made of black brushed metal and have polished marble backdrops that emit the soft glow of recessed led lights.
Cigar Shop Decor
Decor in cigar shop is the perfect blend of luxury and personal style. Vertical wood panels line prominent walls in the space, providing a warm visual contrast to the hard surfaces (stone and metal) found throughout. The accent walls are adorned with book-matched veined stone, which is enhanced by being backlit to allow the veining pattern to be seen without glare. Columns have been finished to provide an open design while still offering thematic decoration. The sculptural hand is used as an artistic focal point and complements the modernity of the cigar lounge’s contemporary-luxury design.
Seat Area Layout
The cigar lounge design offers different seating arrangements for its guests. One is a group of plush chairs facing a round table. The round table was intentionally chosen for its ability to promote face-to-face conversation and create ample space for drinks, cigar accessories, and ashtrays. Due to the low seating height, guests can sit comfortably for long periods (two hours or more) without straining their backs.
And the cigar shop has a tendency to use a mix of modular sectional sofas with several circular side tables. Modular sofas are an essential component in achieving the flexibility of the cigar lounge; they can be rearranged as needed to accommodate private events, or they can be broken down into smaller groupings of sofas to accommodate casual social gatherings.
The space that connects the lounge areas is a series of illuminated columns that define zones. The columns provide a “visual barrier”; separating seating areas without physically dividing them, therefore retaining a sense of unity in the cigar lounge design, while limiting congestion.
