Design

The design of Nut RMU closely adheres to the brand concept of nature. The theme framework is made in a light wood color, retaining the natural texture. At the same time, decorate with some green elements. Such as columns, layer board frames, etc., add vitality to the RMU.In terms of appearance and design, the whole thing resembles a small house. It adopts a design that combines open and semi-closed elements. The open display area shows all the nuts. The semi-enclosed storage and operation area facilitates operation and storage. At the same time, there are brand logos on both the top and bottom of the RMU, and various nut decoration pictures are decorated below.


Structure

Exhibition Area

The multi-layered and staggered display structure is one of the main components of RMU. Viewed horizontally, the shelves of different heights and the transparent acrylic boxes create rich visual layers. They can categorize and display different kinds of nuts. We can place small packages and premium nuts on the upper layer and large packages and bulk products on the lower layer, making it convenient for customers to select according to their needs.Looking vertically, the display racks extending on both sides expand the exhibition space. It can be used to display tasting samples and related products to promote cross-consumption. The large open display slot in the middle is suitable for stacking popular nuts or combination packs, attracting customers.

Operation and Storage Area

The enclosed areas at the bottom and sides serve the functions of operation and storage. There is space at the bottom to accommodate the cash register equipment. The surrounding enclosed cabinets can be used to categorically store nut stocks, packaging materials, tools, etc. Keep the countertop clean and tidy, and facilitate restocking to ensure that the display area is always full of goods, making the entire RMU operation smooth and orderly.

Mobile structure

We equip the RMU with bottom – moving wheels, allowing it to move freely and flexibly. During the operation of the shopping mall, we can conveniently adjust its placement according to the needs of customer flow, promotional activities, etc. The stable frame support structure ensures that it can bear all the weight and operate stably.

Materials 

We use plywood as the base material for the main frame, have workers craft it by hand, and treat the surface with veneer. We apply baking varnish to the green and white parts. It make the box and the partition from acrylic material, which has good light transmission and can clearly display the state of nuts. We use silver stainless steel to protect the entire RMU. We install swivel casters at the bottom for easy movement.
