Warm Wood Curved Custom Boba Bar Counter for Cozy Bubble Tea Kiosk Shop

This light wood integrated commercial milk tea operation counter is a custom boba bar counter that balances aesthetics and practicality. The soft natural wood material, paired with built-in ambient light strips, combines ordering, drink preparation, ingredient storage, and product display all on one countertop. The smooth, non-rigid lines adapt to various tea shop settings, creating a simple and clean business space.

I. Appearance & Design

The overall design features a light natural wood cabinet body paired with a pure white quartz countertop. Two basic styles are available for selection: a curved corner model and a straight long bar model. Both suitable as bubble tea shop bar counters.

  • The curved model features a smooth curved edge at the top of the bar and includes built-in illuminated brand lettering on the inner side. This design works ideally for the store entrance area. Because the gentle curve softens spatial edges and enhances the visual quality upon entering.
  • The straight model, in contrast, has a regular, flat structure and suits a full blank wall. It also includes a reserved space above for a full lightbox installation. And this space can accommodate a complete drink menu display.
  • Warm ambient light strips run along the bottom of the bar, across the upper shelves, and inside the background lightbox. Providing soft and even illumination that brightens the entire operation area. The cabinet panels feature a uniform light wood texture without excessive decorative elements. So they naturally complement the store’s walls, flooring, and soft décor like plants.

II. Countertop Functional Layout

The entire countertop is divided into distinct zones: an ordering area, a washing area, an equipment operation area, and a pastry display area, with clear space allocation, making it a standard milk tea shop equipment counter.

  • Potted plants sit on the left side of the countertop, softening the commercial feel. A built-in sink occupies the middle section, with a dedicated space next to it for the POS system. On the right, a transparent glass pastry cabinet displays bread and desserts for combined beverage and pastry sales.
  • The countertop offers ample width for making drinks and packaging orders without feeling cramped. Cable management gaps let all wires tuck inside the cabinet, keeping the surface clean and tidy.

III. Rear Equipment & Storage Structure

Behind the counter, multi-tiered open shelves serve specifically as storage for milk tea preparation ingredients. And this arrangement fully meets the storage requirements of a milk tea shop equipment counter. The upper two shelves hold transparent sealed storage jars, and these jars separately contain ingredients like tea leaves, dried fruits, grains, and tapioca pearls. Built-in lighting illuminates the jars, so customers can visually appreciate the fresh ingredients used in the store.

The lower section of the cabinet features closed storage cabinets with spacious interiors. And these cabinets store takeaway bags, disposable cups, straws, cleaning tools, and backup ingredients. All miscellaneous items stay hidden away, so they do not occupy counter space. This entire storage structure eliminates the need for additional shelving units. And even a small bubble tea kiosk design can fully accommodate all operational materials within this system.

IV. Upper Display System

The wall above the counter features an integrated multi-panel lightbox, which divides into several sections. One side displays actual drink posters, and the other side shows a text menu, so customers can clearly see the full range of beverage categories and prices at a glance. For the curved model, a suspended brand logo with light-up lettering sits above the bar, and its design blends seamlessly with the bar’s shape, so stores do not need to install additional door header decorations. Passersby can easily recognize the store name and beverage categories from outside, and this visibility helps attract more foot traffic into the store.

V. Customization Advantages

This operation counter is a custom boba bar counter, allowing stores to adjust dimensions, curvature, and equipment cutout positions according to their own floor plan. For smaller street-side kiosks, the bar length can be shortened, and redundant pastry display sections can be simplified. For larger stores, the countertop can be extended to accommodate more equipment, and the curve of the corner model can be adjusted as needed. The overall structure is specifically designed for offline tea beverage operations.

The entire design downplays complex decorations, relying on natural wood materials and lighting to create a comfortable ambiance. It blends seamlessly with store greenery, lounge seating areas, and tiled accent walls, effortlessly creating a unified and soft store environment while fulfilling all practical operational needs for daily drink preparation. Both aesthetics and functionality are achieved simultaneously.
