The bakery as a whole is dominated by wood elements and warm white tones. Paired with terrazzo floors and white tiles, it creates a healing and comfortable atmosphere. This meets the consumer expectations of warmth, deliciousness, and relaxation conveyed by the bakery. And makes customers feel a sense of closeness.
Bakery Shop Layout
Display and Sales Area: The display cabinet is composed of a solid wood frame and tempered glass. This is consistent with the overall style of the store. It adopts a layered design, which can maximize the use of space, make the product display more orderly. And it can facilitate customers to quickly find their favorite bread. The use of tempered glass can also maintain a hygienic environment in the store, blocking dust in the air and other unclean elements.
Dining Area: The store adopts a combination of window-side benches and flexible small round tables, maximizing the use of the space advantage of the large street-facing windows. It provides independent seats for solo customers and reserves a bench area for interactive gatherings of customers in groups, thus meeting different needs.
Kitchen Operation Area
The operation area is mainly composed of easy-to-clean white tiled walls and regular metal operation counters. Wooden shelves are also installed on the walls for storage. Various tools and raw materials are stored in categories, which ensures the professionalism of baking operations and conveys the brand image of our store to consumers through visual presentation.
Stainless steel itself has antibacterial properties. And it is not easy to breed mold and bacteria, which can effectively reduce the risk of contamination in baking and ensure food safety. Moreover, the smooth surface of stainless steel does not absorb stains, so it is relatively easy to clean.
Lighting Design
The store adopts a large-area glass display window design. It maximizes the introduction of natural light, making the interior more transparent and seemingly larger. It also allows consumers to intuitively see the scene inside the store and attract customers with products. The glass display window is also like a ready-made advertisement, presenting the store’s style and the texture of bread, thus forming a strong visual appeal.
In addition to introducing natural light, the interior lighting design is also ingenious. A large number of warm yellow lights are used, including both the hanging spherical lights and the linear ceiling lights. The light is natural and soft, and when paired with the fragrant bread, it creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The lighting in the display area focuses on the bread, highlighting its color and texture, and intuitively stimulating consumers’ appetite and purchasing desire.
Decoration Details
Palmtree foliage plants are used in the store, featuring a natural and fresh style. It highly matches the warm-toned wood style of the store, injecting natural vitality into the store. And these are softening the coldness of the commercial space. It shortens the distance between our brand and consumers. The combination of plants and wooden furniture makes it easier for consumers to feel relaxed and comfortable when consuming.
