For stores that pursue an exquisite beauty experience, furniture is not only a display medium for products but also a core medium for creating brand atmosphere and conveying consumer experience. The series of custom furniture for the “BJ BEAUTY” cosmetics store, with pink as the main color, combines elegant lines with practical functions. Each piece precisely matches the beauty retail scene, helping to create a beauty space that is both visually attractive and offers a pleasant consumption experience.
Pink wall-mounted cabinet with top
The pink wall-mounted cabinet with a top is the “visual star” of the store’s walls. In terms of appearance, the cabinet body is based on pure white, with the edges and top decorated in soft cherry blossom pink. The color contrast is striking yet harmonious and unified. The top adopts an arc-shaped carved design, as if adorning the cabinet with a delicate “crown”, weakening the stiffness of the wall and instantly infusing the space with a romantic and gentle atmosphere.
In terms of material selection, the main body of the cabinet is made of high-density board, and the surface is treated with piano lacquer process – this not only gives the pink and white colors a lustrous and full texture, but also has the characteristics of wear resistance and easy cleaning. When wiping off cosmetic residues in daily life, a gentle wipe can restore its luster, fully meeting the high-frequency usage needs of beauty stores.
The texture and design details of the cabinet are equally exquisite: the middle part adopts an arched hollowed-out design, combined with the warm white light strips inside. The light gently spills through the hollowed-out area, clearly illuminating the displayed beauty products while giving the cabinet a sense of layering like the window latticework of a European palace. The closed cabinets on both sides are mainly characterized by simple straight lines, complemented by slender triangular metal handles of the same color series (the handle design echoes the overall sweet style), which is convenient for staff to store inventory or tools. The combination of “open display + closed storage” not only allows popular products to be fully showcased but also maintains the visual tidiness of the store, avoiding a sense of disorder.
Central island cabinet, try-on counter
The central island cabinet adopts a design of “rectangular prism + sloping display stand”. The main body is white, and the edges are outlined with pink lines, as if a delicate “border” has been added to the cabinet body. In terms of material, the cabinet frame is made of solid wood multi-layer board (ensuring load-bearing capacity, so it is not easy to deform even when filled with heavy bottles of skin care products). The sloping display stand is made of ultra-white glass, with a transparent texture that allows customers to clearly see the small beauty products such as lipsticks and eye shadows displayed below. Moreover, the glass surface has undergone anti-glare treatment, so even if the top light shines directly, it will not cause dazzling reflections and affect the selection.
The try-on counter is a “supplementary interactive unit” of the central island cabinet: it is smaller in size, with a display area featuring a light box on one side of the cabinet. Inside the light box, posters of beauty models or product promotional images can be placed, easily attracting customers to stop and look. The counter surface is also made of ultra-white glass. There are built-in compartments for storing flannel at the bottom, which can securely hold trial packs, makeup brushes and other tools, making it convenient for customers to take and try them out. The layout of the central island cabinet and the try-on counter is flexible and can be adjusted according to the flow of people in the store. This not only ensures that customers can move freely but also creates a smooth rhythm of “browsing products – try-on experience”.
Round sofa and reception desk
The round sofa is mainly in soft pink, with the outer layer wrapped in skin-friendly suede fabric. It has a fine and soft touch, and it is not easy to feel stuffy even after sitting for a long time. The center of the sofa is equipped with round cushions of the same color family. The surface of the cushions features exquisite stitching patterns, which not only enhance the aesthetic appeal but also provide lumbar support for customers. Its shape is round and full, without any sharp edges or corners. It not only conforms to the overall design tone of “sweet and safe”, but also naturally becomes the “rest core” of the store, allowing customers to stay comfortably and slowly select after trying out the products.
The reception desk adopts an “L-shaped + arc-shaped corner” design. The main body is pink, complemented by white countertops and cabinet doors, creating a fresh and elegant visual effect. In terms of material, the countertop is made of quartz stone (which is highly hard and scratch-resistant and wear-resistant. Even if heavy objects are placed on it or it is scratched by cosmetic bottles or cans, the surface can remain flat for a long time). The cabinet body part is also made of high-density board and baked paint process. The cabinet door adopts a press-type opening and closing design, eliminating the need for handles while making the overall lines more concise. Only on the reception desk can computers and cash register equipment be placed. On the side, space can also be reserved for displaying brochures or the main products of the season. This not only meets the functions of cash register and service but also serves as a display for “secondary recommendations”.
Apart from the core ceiling-mounted wall cabinets, the wall cabinets in other areas of the store also continue the design logic of “sweet + practical”, and shape the brand’s uniqueness in the details. For instance, the wall cabinet near the entrance also features an arc-shaped pink decoration on the top. However, the display shelves adopt a “stepped + inclined surface” structure – the inclined surface faces the customers, which not only makes it convenient to take out the products but also enables the product labels to be displayed more clearly. Some of the shelves are also equipped with built-in micro light strips, which provide local lighting for key products such as new products and limited editions, as if creating an “exclusive spotlight” for the products, instantly catching the customers’ attention.
