The design of the RHM chocolate store aims to create a space that is both refined and warm. From material selection to layout planning, every detail is carefully crafted and harmoniously unified, just to let customers immerse themselves in a unique world that combines luxury and delicious temptation from the moment they step into the store. The core mission of the entire space is to present the charm of top-quality chocolate to the extreme and create an unforgettable shopping experience.
Open and welcoming facade
Transparent display, fascinating: The store uses large floor-to-ceiling glass windows, which not only bring abundant natural light into the room, but also cleverly show passers-by the exquisite environment of the store.Exquisite entrance, setting the tone: The entrance is decorated with simple and modern metal trims, instantly creating an elegant and exquisite atmosphere.Unbounded flow, free exploration: Entering the store, the open and transparent design without partitions allows customers to move freely and easily explore every corner of the space.
Wall Display
A series of display racks of different heights and depths are customized along the wall, which are specially used to display exquisite chocolate gift boxes and special products. The warm tones of the warm wooden shelves form a sharp and pleasing contrast with the cold marble and metal elements, greatly enriching the visual layering. The storage space and the small back-end area for employees to operate are cleverly hidden behind the main display area. This design ensures that the customer-visible area is always clean and refreshing, and all the focus is on the tempting products themselves.
Core Exhibition Area
Luxury Display Cabinet The marble countertop display cabinet in the center of the store is the heart of the entire space. The cabinet is made of high-quality marble, and its elegant and natural texture provides a luxurious and perfect background for the colorful chocolates. The transparent glass cover design ensures that the chocolates are clearly visible 360 degrees without dead ends, while effectively maintaining the freshness of the products.

Display counter
The main frame of the counter is a combination of solid wood and metal. The solid wood part is treated with moisture-proof and anti-corrosion to ensure that it will not deform after long-term use; the metal bracket gives the structure stability, achieving a balance between beauty and load-bearing. Even if it is filled with a wide variety of chocolate gift boxes, it can be as stable as a rock.
- Layered display logic: The counter adopts the design of “low front and high back + multi-layer glass partition”. The front low table displays single boutique chocolate or tasting packs, which is convenient for customers to watch and use at close range; the high cabinet on the back displays gift box sets, using the transparent characteristics of glass to allow customers to clearly see the product combination of different prices and categories, guiding consumption decisions.
- Lighting embedded ingenuity: Warm-toned LED light strips are built into the bottom and between the layers of the counter. The light is gently transmitted from the bottom or back, which not only highlights the color and texture of the chocolate (such as the mellow luster of dark chocolate and the colorful fillings of sandwich chocolate), but also creates a warm shopping atmosphere, making each product like a protagonist that has been carefully “spotlighted”.
Display shelf
The shelf form breaks the traditional regular layout and creates a rich visual hierarchy through “staggered, concave and convex, and nested large and small cabinets” – small cabinets are suitable for displaying single boxes of chocolates and brand peripherals (such as customized chocolate molds); large cabinets can display limited edition gift boxes and theme sets to meet the display needs of products of different specifications.
Luxury reception desk
Continuing the overall design language, the cashier counter also uses marble countertops + metal edges, echoing the display counter. The embedded cashier equipment area is integrated under the countertop (with reserved positions for POS machines, barcode scanners, and receipt printers), and the hidden cable design makes the countertop neat and orderly. A small storage slot is set on one side to place commonly used documents and scattered materials to improve cashier operation efficiency.
The back of the cashier counter is often decorated with a brand culture wall. Through etching, UV printing and other processes, the brand story, production process or classic slogan of RHM chocolate are presented, which conveys brand value and deepens the impression while customers are waiting to check out.
Window display design
The window uses metal art frames (such as round, wavy, and geometric splicing shapes), the material is consistent with the metal elements in the store, and a unique shape is created through welding and forging processes. The frame is equipped with adjustable shelves/hooks, which can quickly change display props according to different seasons and holiday themes – rose gold frames + heart-shaped acrylic shelves are used for Valentine’s Day to display couple chocolates; green rattan frames + pine branches are used for Christmas to display limited gift boxes.
