Office partitions serve as the “soft boundaries” of space, not only dividing functional areas but also maintaining an overall sense of transparency. Metal frame partitions (the style of black metal with wooden shelves as shown in the picture), with black matte metal as the frame, have sharp lines like the building facade, precisely outlining the geometric three-dimensional structure. The shelves are made of carefully selected light walnut wood, with natural and expansive grain patterns and a warm wood texture. They serve both as partitions and for displaying items, achieving a perfect balance between “separation” and “connection”. Another type of wooden grille partition (such as black vertical bar grilles) uses high-density solid wood as the base material and has a black matte surface treatment. The vertical bars are well-spaced, allowing light to pass through the gaps and form soft shadows. This not only ensures the privacy of the area but also avoids the space from feeling cramped due to the partition, keeping the office environment always transparent and dynamic.
Filing cabinet
The filing cabinet serves the function of “hidden storage” for office materials and at the same time needs to be in line with the overall style. The cabinet body is made of dark brown solid wood veneer, with natural and continuous wood grain, as if it were carved from a single piece of wood, exuding a strong natural atmosphere. The surface is treated with matte finish, providing a fine and warm touch. Some filing cabinets integrate clear and transparent glass cabinet doors (the glass part combined with the wooden cabinet body as shown in the picture), which not only allows for a clear view of the internal file classification through the glass, ensuring storage efficiency, but also enhances the depth of the space through the reflection of the glass, making the “storage tools” also an extension of the space’s texture.
Locker storage
Lockers are a “low-key yet indispensable” presence in office Spaces. The cabinet bodies are mostly made of dark wood-colored boards, with tight and uniform wood grain, giving a natural and warm feeling. The cabinet door is in a simple flat style, paired with an invisible handle, which gives the cabinet a strong sense of unity. Some of the storage cabinets incorporate black metal trim (echoing other metal elements in the space), enhancing the sense of lines and refinement. They can not only properly store office sundries but also blend perfectly with the surrounding wooden furniture and metal elements, making “storage” a part of the space’s aesthetics.
Reception desk
The reception desk is the “first business card” that the office gives to visitors. It adopts a black and white marble splicing design: the texture of the black marble part is like ink color, deep and full of tension; The white marble part features soft grayish-white patterns, as if the mountain mist is naturally spreading out. The cabinet beneath the countertop is made of black matte lacquer, with a smooth and flawless surface, creating a dialogue between “artificial refinement” and “natural art” with the “natural texture” of marble. The white marble columns beside it are simple and elegant, supporting the entire reception desk’s atmosphere. Coupled with the exquisite brand logo on the desk, it instantly elevates the office’s style, allowing visitors to immediately feel professionalism and sophistication.
Display cabinet
The display cabinet (the style with a black metal frame and wooden shelves as shown in the picture) is an “aesthetic storage station” in the office space. The frame is made of black brushed metal, with a clear view of the fine brushed metal texture, presenting a tough industrial style feel. The shelves are made of deep walnut wood, with deep grain and distinct layers. Each piece is like a carefully selected “natural art piece”. It adopts an open design with no closed cabinet doors, which not only makes it convenient to take and put in materials and exhibits at any time, but also keeps the space transparent. When the light shines on the shelves, the cold hardness of the metal and the warmth of the wood collide, which can better highlight the texture of the displayed items and become the visual focus of the space.
Office desks and chairs
Office desks and chairs are the core carriers for employees’ daily work and need to strike a balance between comfort and aesthetics. The desk surface is made of white rock plate, which is as smooth as a mirror. The texture transitions in natural and soft light tones, without complicated patterns but exuding a sense of understated elegance. The table legs are made of black matte metal and are presented in a simple stand form. With smooth lines and strong load-bearing capacity, they provide stable support for the desktop. The office chair is made of a combination of breathable mesh fabric and high-elasticity sponge. The backrest fits the curve of the human spine, making it less tiring to sit for a long time. The chair frame is made of white nylon, which is light and modern. It visually echoes the “black and white” combination of the office desk, making the style of the office area more unified.
Meeting room tables and chairs
The tables and chairs in the meeting room should balance “business solemnity” and “communication comfort”. The long table is made of black quartz stone, which is hard in texture and has a fine granular feel on the surface, exuding refinement in a low-key manner. The table legs are made of white metal frames with simple and powerful lines, creating a strong color contrast with the black countertop and a powerful visual impact. The conference chair is made of woven texture fabric and features a white metal frame: the fabric’s woven texture is fine and has a good feel, providing a soft sitting sensation and sufficient support. The white metal chair frame is light and flexible, giving the meeting room a sense of solemnity for business negotiations without appearing dull, and facilitating the efficient and elegant conduct of the meeting. In addition, the samurai sword-shaped pendants hung on the wall add a unique cultural touch to the meeting room, creating an interesting contrast with the modernity of the tables and chairs.
Display screen background (TV cabinet type functional area)
The large display screens (and their surrounding backgrounds) in meeting rooms or public areas are made of black metal frames to create an embedded structure. The frame lines are neat and crisp, complementing the technological feel of the display screens. The adjacent wall is made of marble-textured panels, which echo the marble elements of the reception desk, allowing the technological equipment to be perfectly integrated into the overall aesthetic design. This not only facilitates meeting presentations but also serves as the finishing touch of the “fusion of technology and art”, making the modern feel of the office space more intense.
