The Counter Area
The display counter occupies the main interior space and is the core functional part. The ergonomic height design ensures convenience for staff during operations and allows customers to clearly view the goods. This thoughtful design enhances both functionality and user experience, making it easier for employees to work efficiently while providing customers with an unobstructed view of the products. The counter surface is smooth and tidy, likely made of wear – resistant and easy – to – clean materials for daily high – frequency use.The display features a variety of neatly arranged food models, including colorful bottled drinks and enticing desserts. These models are lifelike and can instantly arouse customers’ buying desire through intuitive display.
Inside the display counter, there may be tiered shelves and built – in lighting. The shelves make better use of vertical space, classifying and arranging different goods for an orderly display. The warm – toned built – in lighting highlights the goods’ color and texture, creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring clear visibility even in low light.
The Operation Area
Under or beside the display counter, there might be a hidden operation space. It’s equipped with equipment for making food and beverages, such as a small fridge for ingredient and drink refrigeration, a blender for milkshake or juice making, and a coffee machine for freshly ground coffee. Compactly arranging these devices , saving space and facilitating staff operation.
The operation area has multiple storage drawers and compartments for raw materials, tableware, and packaging materials. The drawers and compartments are well – designed, allowing staff to quickly find what they need and improve work efficiency.
For example, the design divides raw material drawers into sections by ingredient type, ensuring easy access and upholding hygiene standards. This organized approach not only streamlines the workflow but also minimizes the risk of cross-contamination, promoting a cleaner and more efficient workspace. Additionally, clear labeling or color-coding can further enhance usability, making it easier for staff to locate specific ingredients quickly.
The Information Display Area
Above the counter is a prominent display board, a window for communicating important info to customers. It clearly lists products, prices, and may have nice pictures for easy customer understanding. It may also include promotional information, new product recommendations, or brand stories to attract customers and, in turn, boost their interest in making a purchase. Additionally, these elements can help create a more engaging and informative shopping experience, further encouraging customer interaction and loyalty.
In addition to the traditional display board, the kiosk may also feature a small electronic display screen. This screen can showcase dynamic content such as promotional videos, product demonstrations, or real-time updates, further enhancing customer engagement and providing a more interactive experience. Moreover, the inclusion of digital elements aligns with modern retail trends, making the kiosk more appealing to tech-savvy consumers. It can dynamically show product info, promotions, and production processes in various forms, attracting customers better and enhancing the shopping experience.
The Customer Interaction Area
The kiosk front has a spacious transaction window. Its height and width are carefully considered for easy staff – customer communication and transaction operations. There may be an awning above the window for sun and rain protection, ensuring smooth transactions in any weather.
Outside the kiosk, there are clear queuing signs and guide lines to ensure orderly queuing and avoid congestion. These signs use eye – catching colors and simple patterns, easy for customers to understand and enhancing their shopping experience.
