Pull Out Tray

This table uses a staff-side pull-out tray instead of a hinged or sliding glass top. The display deck is mounted on full-extension drawer slides fixed to the inner frame. A staff member pulls the deck outward from the rear of the table until it clears the glass case, places or removes items, and pushes the deck back under the glass. The front glass panel is fixed and does not open. A lock mounted below the front rail locks the deck in the closed position. This design keeps the glass top sealed at all times and removes the need for overhead hinges or gas stays. Restocking Steps

Staff exchange merchandise using the following sequence:

• 1. Unlock the deck lock below the front rail
• 2. Move to the staff side and pull the deck fully out
• 3. Place items on the deck and raised platforms
• 4. Push the deck closed and re-engage the lock

Materials And Care

The frame and four square legs are fabricated from stainless steel tubing and finished with an antique bronze brushed coating. Welded joints are ground flat before finishing so no joint line is visible. The deck substrate is moisture-resistant MDF, padded and covered in white PU leather, and the two raised platforms use the same covering. Glass panels are 8mm tempered safety glass set into rubber gaskets inside the metal frame. The LED driver is fixed under the tabletop and connects to mains power through a cable routed inside one leg. Clean glass with a standard glass cleaner, wipe metal with a dry microfiber cloth, and remove the padded deck for surface cleaning if required. Check the slide screws and glides every six months and tighten if loose.
