Design details
The countertop is at a height where most staff can effortlessly prepare and dispense popcorn while reducing the potential for tiredness. The display area adjoins the worktop and is made with transparent, anti-fogging glass providing clarity to the golden color of the popcorn, attracting customers. Soft built-in lighting creates a further visual appeal. The interior of the machine has a nice layout that accommodates a considerable amount of storage, with raw materials, outer packaging, and other materials stored separately to maintain a neat work area. In addition, a rounded corners design could be utilized to prevent injuries from colliding with sharp corners.
Materials
The base of our popcorn kiosk is made of MDF or plywood materials, which are inexpensive and good support materials. There are multiple options for surface finishes, including lacquer or veneer finishes, that are suitable. The underside of the cabinet has a stainless steel skirting to guard and protect it. LED light strips are built into the underside of the countertop, allowing for a soft and smooth light that highlights the product. The countertop is an artificial stone material that provides good hardness, impermeability, food contact hygiene compliance, and a simple to clean materials.
