Check the outline against the intended service

For office reception, identify a stable document exchange point and the operator position. For a bar greeting or host station, define whether the desk handles reservations or payments rather than beverage preparation. The flowing face does not establish a working bar appliance arrangement. Ask for a top drawing showing the real staff surface and guest approach separately from the visually extended outline.

Verify support beneath the sweeping section

The centre and left portion appear visually open beneath the front. Request a support detail and a confirmed use specification before assigning equipment loads or leaning space. The slatted right section also needs clarification: it may be decorative rather than storage. Include the complete base and projections in the floor plan so that staff and guests can move around the desk without contacting an unexpected overhang.

Specify the two finishes independently

Veining does not prove marble or another particular stone, and the slats do not establish solid timber. Compare samples for the pale pattern and the warmer ribbed section. Ask how their junction is formed and how recessed surfaces are cleaned. The rear is not shown, so confirm cable routing, storage and entry access explicitly.
