This double-sided bakery display gondola reference shows five slatted tray levels on the near face, clear-looking side panels and a grain-look lower plinth. Shelves project from the reverse side as well. The illustration does not verify shelf adjustability, material composition, standard dimensions or a Benson installation.
Measure trays for the intended packages
The near shelves tilt toward the customer and have raised front edges. Measure actual bread bags, trays and labels to establish usable shelf depth and spacing. Specify whether merchandise sits directly on slats or in separate containers. The slatted appearance does not prove ventilation performance, food-contact suitability or a particular moisture-control function. Request a dimensioned view showing the full shelf angle and front retention detail.
Keep both shopping sides accessible
The reverse shelf edges are visible but the selected angle does not show their complete arrangement. Ask for the opposite elevation and full stocked footprint before positioning the unit in an aisle. Include package overhang, customer reach and replenishment access on both sides. Clear side panels can affect lateral access; confirm how they attach and how staff reach the corners for cleaning rather than assuming tool-free removal.
Agree the base and shelf support construction
The lower plinth has a grain-like finish and a light horizontal strip, but the image cannot identify a drawer, lighting system or working mechanism. Request the base function and support details explicitly. Shelf brackets, load guidance and any adjustment positions require documentation. Compare samples for the slats, frame and side panels separately. No picture-based claim should replace confirmation of glazing type, edge treatment, cleaning requirements or stability under the proposed stocked arrangement.
Submit a bakery island-rack brief
Use the bakery gondola contact form with packaging measurements, aisle dimensions, shelf quantities and required reverse-side layout. Identify whether containers and labels are included. Review supports, materials and maintenance access before approval. This reference does not establish included food, tested display capacity or a delivered Benson bakery project.
